Sweetie Beads takes care in packaging all items. Typically each piece will be in an individual clear plastic bag; wrapped in tissue, and shipped in a USPS Small Flat Rate Box (tracking will be provided).
Sweetie Beads offers a 10 Day Guarantee:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 10 days of receipt. It must be returned in its original condition, and packaged in the same care as it was delivered / shipped. I will happily exchange or modify the piece(s) or refund the purchase price less shipping/handling (if applicable).
Sweetie Beads offers a 30 Day Warranty which covers breakage and defective parts - not normal wear & tear or damage. Even with that said, please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason, even after the warranty time, as I would prefer to make it better than have unused or broken jewelry out there lost in the world.
